Enable HPA CSIT for multicloud-ocata
The I89c51f8bd9056fd8c2afd871ab9ab8b0cc567bb9 commit adds a new csit
functionality for multicloud-ocata project. This test verifies the
discovery process. This change includes this new test into the
Jenkins Jobs.
