Use getEnitity API for ingestion of TOSCA PNF
Changes made:
Update SdncUebCallback.processToscaCsar to ingest PNF entities.
Add methods in SdncBaseModel.java to support processing of IEntityDetails.
Add SdncPNFModel.java to populate VF_MODEL with PNF data.
Add SdncPNFModelTest.java junit coverage.
