Use getEntity to populate VFC and AR tables

Changes made:
Update SdncARModel to use IEntityDetails instead of NodeTemplate.
Update SdncVFCModel to use IEntityDetails instead of Group.
Small fixes in SdncVFModuleModel.
Corresponding junit changes for getEntity migration.
