2017-08-11Remove openecomp documentation referencesDan Timoney1-17/+17
Removed openecomp references from site documentation. Also, removed sample settings.xml files. Latest direction from Linux Foundation is that the settings.xml configs they provided on their Jenkins will have no parameter settings - only server credentials. So, our sample settings.xml files are only misleading and hence should be removed.
