Change 2 sli/core unit tests to int. tests
Change SvcLogicGraphExecutorTest and
SvcLogicParserTest to IT Tests because
they require outside dependencies (sql database).
This change enables running jobs without
skipping tests and futher enables SONAR scans
of unit tests.
