Some minor refinements in CCSDK SLI Core module
Fix few Critical/Major sonar issues in CCSDK SLI Core module
* Define and throw a dedicated exception instead of using a generic one
* Either log or rethrow the exception
* Change "try" to a try-with-resources
* Remove useless assignment to local variable
* Use built-in logger method string formatting instead of string concatination
* code indentation
