Simplify PNF-DEMO CBA

- fix reference issues causing enrichment/validation to fail
- remove redundant data dictionaries
- remove redundant template & mapping
- rename node-templates for clarity
- add workflow outputs for better feedback
- remove bash scripts which belong in documentation
