Improve coverage of cadi-core
* Reduced complexity of HttpEpiTaf and LoginPageTafResp
* Applied ONAP's code style to HttpEpiTaf and LoginPageTafResp
* wrote JUnits for HttpEpiTaf and LoginPageTafResp
