Fix for NullPointerException in Pnf

- Fix: Since lambda expressions are evaluated lazily,
Camunda flow results in an NPE being thrown if RuntimeService
is not acquired as part of invoking thread.
- Modified integration test CreateAndActivatePnfResourceTest
to verify the fix.
