ECOMP Portal SDK Workflow

This is the Maven project for the ECOMP Portal SDK Workflow,
which is distributed as ecompSDK-workflow-nnn.jar.  This library 
requires Hibernate and Spring, and provides features including 
schedulers, workflows and R Cloud integration.
