Subject: Add SDNC naming application

Requires changes to StdMatchableTranslator to go deeper when
searching for matchable attributes.

NOTE: will re-visit the StdMatchableTranslator at a later date
in order to support more robust Policy Types. And document best
practices for defining matchables.
