Fix security vul'y in slf4j-ext
sjf4j-ext version 1.7.25 has security vulnerabilities. Changed to
version 1.8.0-beta2 as recommended here:
http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2018-8088
