### Running Locally

     mvn spring-boot:run

### Project building
    ```
     mvn clean package

### Building Docker image
    ```
    docker build -t cert-service .

### Running Docker container
    ```
    docker run -p 8080:8080 --name cert-service cert-service

    ```

### Health Check
 Browser:
