Subject: 2.1.5 - fixed getting node-instances from cfy 4.x

- added _size=1000 to params on getting node-instances from cloudify
  = cloudify 4.x does not like to have the _offset=0 without _size param
    cfy assumes that _size=0 and returns no items.
  = that was working fine in cloudify 3.4
  = the max _size is now only 1000 in 4.x versus 10,000 in 3.4

- external version 2.1.5, internal version 4.4.5
- unit test code coverage
Statements   : 83.99% ( 939/1118 )
Branches     : 62.75% ( 320/510 )
Functions    : 81.15% ( 155/191 )
Lines        : 84.13% ( 928/1103 )
